Effective immediately for all current, or proposed projects, that connect to Town water, sewer, and/or storm water distribution system networks, a complete site plan set of As-Built sketches sealed by a Virginia-licensed Professional Engineer, and/or Virginia-licensed Professional Land Surveyor, are required.
