The Town of Luray's Municipal Offices are located at 45 East Main Street and are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Town Council conducts regular meetings on the second Monday of each month at 7:00pm. Work Sessions are conducted on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm. Meetings are held in the Luray Council Chambers within our Municipal Offices. All citizens are invited to attend these meetings. Meeting recordings are available on the Town's YouTube Channel

The BZA's responsibilities include: Hearing and deciding on petitions for variances to zoning ordinances; Hearing and deciding on petitions for special exceptions; Hearing and deciding on petitions for use variances; Hearing and deciding on petitions for temporary certificates of occupancy; Hearing and deciding on petitions for variances from development standards; Hearing and deciding on petitions for legal non-conformance; Hearing and deciding on appeals of administrative decisions; and Holding public meetings.
