Stephanie Lillard was appointed to the Town Council in January 2021. Mrs. Lillard is a Destination Development Specialist for Virginia Tourism Corporation. Prior to VTC, she served as Director of Community & Economic Development for Page County.  Working in both the private and public sector, Mrs. Lillard offers over a dozen years of combined experience in community & economic development, finance, planning, and marketing for small business. Additionally, she has volunteered serving on various boards to include the Page County Economic Development Authority as secretary/treasurer, Luray Page County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center as Secretary, United Way of Page County as Treasurer,  and currently serves on the board for Choices.  Mrs. Lillard earned a Bachelor of Science for Business Management with a specialization in Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University.  She resides in Luray with her husband Brian, and their two teen daughters, Madalyn & Makayla.
