Joseph Haddock serves as Water Plant Superintendent for the Town of Luray.  He has been employed with the Town of Luray since May 2006. Mr. Haddock holds both a Virginia Class 3 Waterworks License and a Virginia Class 3 Wastewater Works License. He is responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of the Town’s Water Treatment Plant and also assist with the Towns Water Loss Program and has his Class B CDL license and land application license. His primary goal for the town is to ensure safe drinking water for the town’s citizens and strive to daily enhance his skill set to provide the best possible service to the residents of Luray. His other goals are to respond and resolve citizen inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
