Jerry Schiro was elected to the Town Council in May 2014. He served a prior four year term on the Council from 2008-2012. He retired from Local Government Service in 2010. During his career he served as a Town Manager, County Administrator and City Administrator in numerous municipalities in Virginia and Maryland. He served two appointments as the Town Manager in Luray and was also the County Administrator in surrounding Page County. Since his retirement he provides consulting services in Local Government Management. He serves on the Page Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees and the Valley Health Board Real Estate and Facilities Committee. He is the Vice President of the Luray Rotary Club and a member of the Luray Masonic Lodge and ACCA Temple Shrine Club. Jerry is married to Bella Schiro who is a Senior Vice President, Occupancy Analysis & Planning, at Jones Lang LaSalle in their Washington, DC office.

Joey Sours was elected Councilman in May, 2012 after serving on the Luray Planning Commission since 2010. He is the owner of JFS Consulting which focuses on strategic planning and business development. Mr. Sours is an active member of Mt. Carmel Regular Baptist Church, a board member of Luray Downtown Initiative and a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honors Society. He and his wife Elisabeth have a son, Bryce, and daughter, Imogen.

Ron Vickers was elected tot he Town Council in May,2010 and works as a Technology Education teacher at Luray High School. Ron is an active member of the Luray United Methodist Church. Ron is past president of the Virginia Technology Education and Engineering Association and is the Valley Regional President. He also serves on a committee with Page County Habitat for Humanity. Ron is also an active member of the Luray Ruritan Club. Ron and his wife Layne have four children. Clay lives in Washington DC working for Panoply, a Podcast Network form Slate Magazine, Joe works for the Young Life Camp Clearwater Cove near Lampe, MO, and Carolyn is finishing her master's degree at Va Tech to become a kindergarten teacher next fall. Leroy Lancaster was elected Councilman in May of 1988. As owner of Lancaster Enterprises of Luray, Mr. Lancaster also serves as advisor to the Luray Planning Commission, Director the Page Valley Agricultural and Industrial Fair, Treasurer of the Broadhead Archery Club, member of the Saturday Night Supper Club, and St. Mark's Lutheran Church. He and wife, Bonnie have two sons: Mark and Kim and two grandsons: Matthew and Logan.

Leah Pence was elected to the Town Council in November of 2016. She is the owner of Another Wild Hare, a high end wedding planning and event planning boutique that primary serves NYC. Leah serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for Page County's Habitat for Humanity, Fundraising Chair on the Board of Directors for The Blue Ridge Heritage Project of Page County, Co-Fundraising Chair for The Rotary Club of Luray, active tourism member of The Chamber of Commerce in Page County, and promotions committee member for LDI. Leah is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer and has a background in high end hospitality, education and entrepreneurship. Leah attended Northern Virginia Community College A.A , George Mason University for B.A in History and Columbia University for Social Studies Education M.A History.
Jerry Dofflemyer was appointed to the Town Council in March 2015 and elected by special election in November 2015 after serving on the planning commission for two years. He is a graduate of James Madison University and a member of Main Street Baptist Church, currently serving as a deacon and chairman of the Finance Committee. Jerry is a past president of the Luray Jaycees, Caverns Shrine Club, and a past president, treasurer, and board member of the Luray/Page Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge and a charter member and former vice-chairman of the Luray/ Hawksbill Greenway Foundation. Jerry has been a Cub master of Cub Scout Pack 55, an assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 89 & 289, and coached Recreation League Soccer and Little League Baseball, also serving on the Little League Baseball Board of Directors. He has been honored by the Luray Rotary Club as a Paul Harris Fellow and also serves on the B.B.&T. Bank Page County Advisory Board. He has been employed by Luray Motor Co., E.N. Hershberger Co., Shenandoah National Park, and Delaware North at Shenandoah Parks. A native and lifelong resident of Luray, he is married to Nora Dofflemyer, an MRI Technologist at Fauquier Memorial Hospital. Together they operate Pass Mountain Rentals, West End Carwash, and the Gleam Machine Carwash in Stanley. Their son, Nathan, graduated from West Virginia University in 2016 with a degree in criminology and The Shenandoah Valley Institute of Criminal Justice. Mayor Barry Presgraves served as a member of Luray’s Town Council from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2008; and was elected Mayor of Luray in May of 2008 and 2012 for a term beginning on July 1, 2012 to replace retiring Mayor Ralph H. Dean 2008.
Mayor Presgraves is a life-long resident of the Town of Luray. Mayor Presgraves was employed for 31 years for ARAMARK at Shenandoah National Park. He served as Chairman of Page Memorial Hospital’s Board of Directors and Page County’s Planning Commission.
Barry and his wife, Nancy, are members of Rileyville Baptist Church and have three children and two grandchildren.
